What You’ll Be Doing
🥃 Crafting world-class cocktails with consistency and passion.
🎤 Entertaining guests through storytelling, personality, and genuine hospitality.
⚡ Thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment without compromising quality.
🍋 Preparing garnishes, syrups, infusions, and ensuring the bar is always service-ready.
🤝 Working closely with the team to create seamless guest experiences.
💡 Contributing ideas for new cocktails, specials, and creative experiences.
📚 Continuously learning and developing your craft.

What We’re Looking For
✔️ Previous experience in a cocktail-focused venue.
✔️ Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern techniques.
✔️ A positive attitude and team-player mentality.
✔️ Confidence under pressure and exceptional organisational skills.
✔️ Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
✔️ Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
✔️ Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
