We promote a growth mindset and strive in fostering and enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit. At FPEI, we believe that entrepreneurship is the catalyst for innovation, economic growth, and societal development. We strive to create an environment that nurtures and encourages aspiring entrepreneurs, guiding them towards success. Through our workshops, projects, and services, we aim to equip individuals and businesses with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to thrive in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. FPEI offers membership opportunities to companies and organisations that provide services to entrepreneurs. 𝗙𝗣𝗘𝗜 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

The Foundation for the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Initiatives (FPEI) is pleased to announce two new appointments to its Board of Administrators, made on behalf of the Foundation’s founding members.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗕𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗮 has been appointed to the FPEI Board on behalf of the University of Malta , succeeding Professor Alfred Vella.

𝗠𝗿.𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗿 has been appointed to the FPEI Board on behalf of the Malta Business Bureau , succeeding Mr.Brian Muscat.

FPEI extends its sincere gratitude to 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 and 𝗠𝗿.𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗮𝘁 for their valued contribution and commitment to the Foundation’s mission during their respective terms on the Board.

The Foundation looks forward to working with Professor Bezzina and Mr.Cassar, whose experience and insight will further strengthen FPEI’s Board as it continues to advance entrepreneurship education, innovation, and support for Malta’s SME ecosystem.

🎉 Welcome to 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀+, Lynn Barbara

Lynn is a Sales and Business Development Lead who brings together deep technical expertise and commercial strategy. With a PhD in Crystal Engineering and Metamaterials, she has built and led R&D functions, helping take innovative polyurethane foam products from concept to market.

Today, Lynn is driving growth for Huggah , translating product performance into clear customer value within a fast-moving start-up environment. She is also pursuing an Executive MBA at Henley Business School, with a focus on strategy, leadership and business growth.

We are delighted to welcome Lynn to the Future Founders+ community and look forward to the knowledge, experience and perspective she will bring to our network.
