Chef – Full Time / Part Time
📍 Bugibba
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy bar restaurant in Bugibba. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
The ideal candidate must be confident working independently and capable of managing the kitchen on their own.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Running the kitchen independently during shifts
Managing kitchen stock, ordering, and stock control
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met

Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef
Ability to work alone and take full responsibility for the kitchen
Good organisational and time-management skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Reliable, motivated, and able to work under pressure
