Bartenders for the Night:
🍸 Ellen Xu- From Chimney, Hangzhou, where precision meets artistry in every pour

🍸 Kelvin Wong- From Good Friends Club, Malaysia, bringing the kind of innovative spirit that’s put Malaysian cocktails on the map

Watch two distinct Asian bar philosophies collide in the best way possible. Hangzhou’s meticulous craft traditions meeting Malaysia’s bold creative energy - it’s the kind of cross-pollination that pushes the whole scene forward.

You don’t often get to witness how different cities interpret the same passion for cocktails. This is bartending as cultural exchange, and it’s happening right here.

*Carrots Jakarta Guest Shift at Two Moons - Coming Soon*

Two Moons is bringing in the Carrots Jakarta crew to Macau for a special takeover. If you know the Jakarta scene, you know these guys have been changing the game.

*Bartenders for the Night*:
🥕 *Alvin Sung Jaya*- The man behind Carrots, been pushing Indonesian cocktail culture forward with his ingredient-first approach

🥕 *Anthony Luis* - Head bartender who‘s got the technical skills and creativity that put Carrots on the map

They’ll be working with Olmeca Altos - proper 100% agave tequila that actually respects the process. Expect house-made everything, some serious clarification work, and the kind of attention to detail that‘s made Carrots a destination for bartenders across Southeast Asia.

This is one of those rare chances to see how a top Jakarta bar approaches their craft. They source differently, they build flavors differently, and they’ve been influencing bartenders way beyond Indonesia‘s borders.
