ဟိုတယ်အတွက် လိုအပ်သော ဝန်ထမ်းရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ အင်တာဗျူးခြင်းနှင့် ခန့်အပ်ခြင်း (Recruitment & Selection) လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို တာဝန်ယူရမည်။
ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ နေ့စဉ် အလုပ်တက်/ပျက်မှတ်တမ်း (Attendance)၊ ခွင့်ရက်များနှင့် လစာတွက်ချက်ခြင်း (Payroll) အပိုင်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ရမည်။
ဟိုတယ်ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် (Performance) ကို စစ်ဆေးအကဲဖြတ်ရာတွင် ကူညီပေးရမည်။

HR နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Diploma သိုမဟုတ် သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ် ရှိရမည်။
လူအများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရမည်ဖြစ်၍ ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး စိတ်ရှည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
ကွန်ပျူတာ (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။

💻 Job Summary
The Income Auditor is responsible for reviewing and verifying all daily revenue transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

🔐 Key Responsibilities
• Audit daily revenue from all outlets (Rooms, F&B, POS)
• Verify sales reports with supporting documents
• Check and reconcile cash, credit card, and other payments
• Identify discrepancies and report variances
• Ensure all revenue is properly recorded in the system
• Prepare daily and monthly income audit reports
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Accounts team

📋 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Income Audit / Revenue / Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Familiar with POS and hotel systems

📚 Preferred
• Experience in hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
