Today’s is a slightly daring one: a Rasam (မနုဿဏီ) - inspired cocktail, drawing on its warming, restorative spirit with tomato, cilantro, dhal, mustard seeds, cumin, pepper, fenugreek, ghee and turmeric.

Paired with Vadai ဗယာကြော်, and made for Yangon’s cool monsoon weather. 🌧️🇮🇳🌿🍸
