We were in Sveti Stefan and happened to stop at Restoran Adrović at exactly the right time.
And when I say the timing mattered… it REALLY did.
The sun was starting to drop, Sveti Stefan was glowing below us, the Adriatic was stretching out behind it, and we had this incredible front-row view while we sat down for dinner.
We went straight for the red meat, and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, but honestly, the combination of the food, the setting, the kids running around, and that view made the whole experience feel so much more than just a meal.
And then came the tiramisu.
I’m sorry, Italy… but this might be the BEST tiramisu we’ve ever tried. 😂
The kind where everyone takes “just one more bite” until suddenly there’s nothing left.
But the best part wasn’t just the food or even the view. It was that feeling of realizing we had almost missed this completely.
We travel without planning every stop, and sometimes that means you stumble into places you never would have found on an itinerary.
This was one of those places.
So if you’re heading to Montenegro and you’re anywhere near Sveti Stefan, save this one. Go around sunset, take your time, order the meat, and whatever you do… get the tiramisu. 🇲🇪
Some places are worth the stop.
