A veritable caravanserai of modern times that brings together a 10-room boutique hotel, a popular rooftop jazz bar (La Pergola), a high end Oriental jazz restaurant by Myriam Ettahri (Le Bistro Arabe) Created in 2002 in one of the most prestigious arabo-andalous palaces in the imperial city, this boutique hotel has continued to evolve since to gradually form this unique place, a veritable caravanserai of modern times and a leading jazz scene of the ocher city. Perfect place to enjoy some savoury cocktails, large plates of tapas, burgers... A few steps down is the place of Le Bistro Arabe, brand new Oriental Jazz restaurant by celebrity chef Myriam Ettahri. But there's still more : the acclaimed MarrakChef cooking classes handled by Rachida Sahnoune and a secret hammam-spa entirely paved with Agadir pink marble.
