Paco redonne la vie au Petit Rocher, lieu mythique sur 2 étages et maintenant entièrement relooké avec goût et sobriété. Le restaurant est situé face à la mer et à la mosquée Hassan II, des grandes baies vitrées et la magnifique terrasse décapotable permettent de j***r d'une vue unique à Casablanca. La cuisine espagnole de Paco dans un registre « produit de la mer » est authentique, savoureuse et toujours constante.
