Il y a 7 mois, La Perle Noire était distinguée Bar de l’année – Gault & Millau 2026 🏆

Depuis, nous continuons simplement à faire ce que nous aimons : vous accueillir, créer, affiner… et parfois débattre sérieusement de la taille parfaite d’un glaçon 🍸

Une belle reconnaissance, que nous nous efforçons de mériter chaque soir, avec constance et exigence.

CAFFÈ CARAVAGGIO

This one starts today, and will never leave us.
They say everyone loves an Espresso Martini. But do you, really? Or is it all for the Coffee and texture?
Here the idea of the Espresso Martini is transformed, and pushed, into a great flavour and texture experience.
Coffee and Cassis improve each other. Mezcal, and a few drops of a Birch Bark Tar essence (think campfire smoke) bring length, smoke, mystery.
A dash of our century-old Mirabelle Plum deepens those roasted and fruit notes.

Where’s the Espresso foam? It’s turned into a coconut cream, sprinkled with coffee salt, for the texture of a cold Irish Coffee.

We think there is no better way to have coffee in a mixed drink.

Because it’s black, white, with a touch of cassis ‘blood’ and smoke, it reminds us of the mood of a Caravaggio painting - or of a dim bar lit with candles, like the Perle Noire.
