Come Jam with the Crew!

We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to join us for Cove Surf Jam 2026.

Dates:
6th, 7th + 8th Feb

This is a paid role for someone who knows festivals and events inside out, can keep schedules moving, make sure things are in order (ish), and help the weekend run smoothly while the stoke stays high.

If you’ve got solid experience managing events and know how to balance structure with good vibes, we want to hear from you.

Please email [email protected] with a short cover letter and your CV, telling us why you’d be a good fit for the Jam.
