In 1850, Professor Jerry Thomas, “the father of American mixology”, revolutionized his signature cocktail, and thus creating our brand: The Blue Blazer. A product of creativity and innovation, the Blue Blazer is an authentic Jerry Thomas trademark. It was the first flaming cocktail, which exemplified the essence of masculinity and power. Thus, our aim of reviving the brand into a trend.
Blue Blazer is a cocktail bar catering service, with 15 years of bartending experience to share and add taste to your events. The passion and professionalism of our bartenders, along with our visionary designer and architect will create a unique experience for your event, giving you the high quality cocktails and excellence you deserve. We have created the identity logo using the “B” initials of the brand, filled in on the two opposite sides, which mirrors the action of “flair bartending”, popularized by Jerry Thomas.
