Winter in summer*

Tonight we were very pleased to treat some sweet tooth with an exceptional bottle : our Arbois Pupillin 'Gelees de Novembre' from Domaine de la Borde in 2011.
Made from Savagnin variety, the grapes are harvested at the latest stage, in November. A luscious nectar with a bright acidity. Anyone for a glass?
