With over 40 years of experience, Chef Jean-Yves has built an exceptional career across Europe and beyond. Trained in the purest French culinary tradition, influenced by masters like Escoffier, Carême, and Raymond Blanc, he developed a deep expertise in sauces and classic techniques.
His journey took him from prestigious kitchens in France and the UK to iconic institutions such as the House of Lords in London.
He later worked with renowned chefs and served international celebrities, before bringing his savoir-faire to Southeast Asia.
Now in Vientiane, Chef Jean-Yves begins a new chapter at H-O-M-E, sharing a cuisine that is both authentic, refined, and deeply personal.
