On Friday 18 September, Chef Thongsa Soulisack joins Chef Wochirawish Lerttanapornsit of Rosewood Luang Prabang to lead the graduating students of The Academy Luang Prabang through their first real service a four-course French dinner with w**e pairing, cooked and served entirely by the class of 2026.
At Gaspard we care about craft: the sauce reduced properly, the pastry laminated by hand, the plate that leaves the pass exactly as it should.
