Introducing The Folly
THE FOLLY, first of its kind in Otres, is an idyllic social working environment offering ‘round-the-clock food and beverage and other local artisanal goods.
In addition to Chicandos, the 24-hour food delivery service in Otres since 2011, plus a fully operational Distillery (formerly Syn Absinthe), The Folly is now also home to Brunch & Beyond, famous for their bagels, muffins and more (open 6am-3pm every day). To top it off, dinner will soon be served by different pop-up kitchens offering a variety of flavours.
Designed in Gothic style (and protected by a massive dragon), The Folly draws a bridge between multiple businesses and offers calm and relaxing lake-front retreat, tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Otres village. Here good atmosphere is created by great conversation and human interaction rather than by great loudspeakers.
Fortified by an ever open bar, The Folly offers a big selection of drinks, such as freshly squeezed vegetable juices, teas, coffees and cocktails.
