A Message from Yokohama Bar, Siem Reap

We hope this finds you well. Here in Siem Reap, life remains as peaceful and calm as ever. While you may have seen news regarding border disputes, we want to reassure you that our daily life here is completely unchanged.

Our bar is open as usual, and we are happy to be welcoming many guests every day. Sightseeing at the Angkor temples is proceeding normally, and the city maintains its usual relaxed charm.

Thank you so much for your concern. If you are hesitating about your trip, please don't worry—come and visit us! We look forward to seeing you.

お知らせです。
これまで「日・月」の週休2日でしたが、
ハイシーズンに入ってきたので、しばらく 日曜日のみ定休 に変更してみます。
「どれだけ続くかは…やってみながら考える」のスタイルですが、まずは今週から 月曜も営業 します！
本日（月）からさっそくフルスロットルでいきますので、

鶏ガラと豚骨の合わせにさらに地鶏の割合を足してみました。シェムリアップは地鶏が旨いことで有名で、地産地消な意味も込めて取り入れてみます。
地鶏の持つ独特な味の深さ濃厚さが今まで以上の黄金比を確立しました。
残ったスープは雑炊化して最後まで濃厚スープをお楽しみください。
I’ve added a higher ratio of local free-range chicken to the blend of chicken and pork bones.
Siem Reap is known for its delicious local chicken, so I wanted to make use of it — both for its flavor and for the spirit of local sourcing.
The rich, deep taste of the chicken has helped us achieve our best-ever golden balance.
Please enjoy the remaining soup to the very end by turning it into a flavorful rice porridge.

最初は鶏ガラだけで白湯スープにしてたのを徐々に豚骨の割合を増やし今は鶏ガラと豚骨と半々にしました。より濃厚でパンチ効いてます。
タレも基本の塩味に加え醤油味も用意、好み分かれますがアタック強め醤油味イチオシです。
ということでコラーゲンたっぷり鶏豚骨髄W白湯へと進化、残ったスープは預かって雑炊化出来ますので最後まで濃厚スープをお楽しみください。

YOKOHAMAのらーめんは鶏ガラをたっぷり使い長時間煮込まれた鶏白湯スープ。抽出された豊富なコラーゲンとアミノ酸は疲れたカラダにとっても大切で必要な栄養源。濃厚でいて後味あっさりなスープ、低脂質でタンパク質な鶏胸肉チャーシューはしっかり煮込んで作りました。是非一度お試しください。
