Zeppelin Cafe Zeppelin Cafe is a long running late night Phnom Penh institution, open since 2002.

In January 2021 it reopened in its fifth location, on St 446, Tuol Tom Pong. Our speciality is good food and drinks at good prices, and great rock'n'roll. A huge record collection lurks behind the owner, Jun, who spins tunes through to midnight.
