𝗛𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴!

We need to make sure that tanks, kegs, pipes and basically everything that is in the periphery of our products is chemically clean, so that the b**r doesn't get contaminated by micro bacteria.

But that's not where hygiene starts. It starts with 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝘆𝗴𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗲. That's why last week's brewing lesson was about this exact topic. Making sure hands are always clean and sanitised, hair net and face mask is worn when bottling and a lot more!

Our Craft B**rs are neither pasteurised, nor filtrated. They are always fresh!

WOW!

What a night, we are still speechless from last Saturday's Cambodian Craft B**r Crown 2026.

After three years, finally we made it to the top of the podium, getting the Gold Award and, alongside with it the Brewer's Choice Award.

We're incredibly proud of the whole production team. This is nothing that happened over night. Thanks to years of brewing lessons by our brewmaster, process optimisation, recipe development/ improvement, hygiene schoolings, etc, we've managed to bring our product quality to a high level and maintain it. And now we get the results for it.

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to the event, showing love and support to the whole Cambodian craft b**r scene. Also a big thank goes out to all the judges coming from different countries and all the breweries participating. This year's level of quality was very high and showcased the skill level of Cambodian craft breweries.
