In a half-century-old building left behind by urban redevelopment, MAWSIM has established its physical base. By day, it functions as a distillery and studio; after dark, it opens as a hidden bar—a quiet gateway to the MAWSIM world.

Floorboards reclaimed from weather-beaten rural walls. Tables and doors shaped from forsaken raw slabs of hardwood.
Revival Khmer tiles fired in a climbing kiln. A copper counter hammered by artisans in Siem Reap.
And casting silhouettes are lanterns made of handmade washi from Gifu—MAWSIM’s origin.

This space, built on the themes of rediscovery and cross-cultural convergence, is where every aroma sets sail.

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

• Prepare and serve foods
• Share the MAWSIM story and introduce our spirits to guests
