We are looking for bar staffs to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

MAWSIM is a distillery producing award-winning crafted gin with Cambodian botanicals. We also operate a hidden cocktail bar near Phnom Penh Station.

If you are passionate about drinks, creativity, and meaningful guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Position:
Bar Staff

Working Days:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
*Depending on the reservations
(Occasional Saturdays for events and special programs)

Working Hours:
5:30pm-11:00pm(Depending on the guests)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve foods
• Share the MAWSIM story and introduce our spirits to guests
• Deliver warm, memorable guest experiences

Requirements:
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Passion for hospitality and cocktails
