A little coastal, a little hidden away in Phnom Penh, the kind of place where one pot turns into hours at the table.
At Nesat, dinner is messy hands, warm lights, fresh bread waiting for the sauce, and seafood made to share. Giant prawns, sweet crab, clams, corn, herbs, and spices all simmered together into something rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. Tos tov at Nesat.
