- Bartender -
3 - 4 shifts per week, including late nights. Compensated with a competitive hourly wage, paid to you weekly, plus drinks on shift and a generous staff discount. In and out of house training is provided, giving you the opportunity to develop a range of new skills.
Who we are looking for:
- Happy, friendly attitude towards customers and staff.
- Good English.
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of cocktails is a bonus, although plenty of training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Committed to staying in Kampot for at least 2 months.

- Bar Manager -
5 shifts per week, including late nights, some out of hours work. Compensated with a competitive monthly salary, plus other bonuses to be discussed. A great opportunity with many benefits for the right candidate.
- Happy, friendly attitude towards customers and staff.
- Good English.
- Organised and responsible.
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.
- Committed to staying in Kampot for at least 4 months.

If you are planning on throwing a party or event soon, Sharpen The Axe could be the perfect venue. We are able to host daytime events, as well as parties late into the night. You have the choice of hiring just the courtyard (- perfect for a sunny afternoon), the bar, or the whole building depending on your needs. Our team love to get involved and will happily organise catering, personalised drinks lists, decorations and music.
