​On May 2nd, we are hosting an exclusive exploration of the Loire Valley’s most iconic producer. Pascal Jolivet is a pioneer of minimalist winemaking, and we’ve curated a flight of three distinct styles that showcase his obsession with fruit-driven elegance and terroir.

​We will be diving deep into:

✨ Attitude – Vibrant and zesty; the perfect introduction to the Jolivet style.

✨ Coteaux du Giennois – A hidden gem defined by siliceous clay and flinty, smoky minerals. (Silex)

✨ Sancerre – The global benchmark. A masterclass in complexity, rooted in the legendary Kimmeridgian Marl soils.

​To complement the wines, we’ll be serving a selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie designed to make that crisp Loire acidity sing. 🧀🌿
