From theory grids to high-pressure service and blind tastings, the level of extreme passion from these contestants was unmatched.

As a judge, watching the dedication to the craft was inspiring—even when that 1976 Judgement of Paris question caught a few off guard! 😉

On May 2nd, we are hosting an exclusive exploration of the Loire Valley’s most iconic producer. Pascal Jolivet is a pioneer of minimalist winemaking, and we’ve curated a flight of three distinct styles that showcase his obsession with fruit-driven elegance and terroir.

We will be diving deep into:

✨ Attitude – Vibrant and zesty; the perfect introduction to the Jolivet style.

✨ Coteaux du Giennois – A hidden gem defined by siliceous clay and flinty, smoky minerals. (Silex)

✨ Sancerre – The global benchmark. A masterclass in complexity, rooted in the legendary Kimmeridgian Marl soils.
