1 part Hennessy
⅜ part lemon juice
½ part sugar cane syrup
½ part Earl Grey tea
Egg white
Shake once without ice cubes and then for a second time with the addition of ice cubes. Filter into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a pinch of Earl Grey tea.

1 part Hennessy VSOP
1/3 part of Lychee syrup
1/2 part of unsweetened Jasmine Tea
1/3 part of Dry sparkling wine
Garnish with a squeeze of lime wedges
Stir over ice and serve straight up or in a small glass teapot.
