Dear our Esteemed Customers.

In the last 24hrs, we have keenly read your Concerns, Comments and/or Observations about the Unfortunate Accident that occurred at our parking recently and wish to reply as follows:-

1st, as human beings, nobody plans for an accident. In our lives, we all know 1 or 2 people who woke up 1 day and as they were going through their business, they never made it to the next point. Accidents always catch human beings by surprise and bring a lot of Shock and Regrets as it happened in this case.

2nd, we wish to clarify that the accident did not occur at the Carwash. It occurred at the parking far away from the carwash and non of our cashwash staff was involved or near the scene..... Because of the extent damage, we thought it prudent to call the police to do proper assessment of the scene and issue abstract to enable Customer of the car get compensation from the Insurance and the process is underway.

Finally, we would wish to publicaly apologize to this particular customer for the unfortunate incident that happened at our premises. We further wish to assure all our customers that your vehicles will always be safe at our cashwash as they have been the last 4yrs.

We thank you all for your continued support and showing concern of what happens at Dukes.
