続きまして最近ハマっているウィスキーを紹介します。
「アラン シェリーカスク」¥1600
アラン蒸溜所は1995年にスコットランド・アラン島に誕生した比較的新しい蒸溜所で、シングルモルト用のウイスキーを生産している数少ない蒸留所です。年間生産量も少なく、量よりも質にこだわったウイスキーづくりをしています。
近年はシェリー樽自体が不足しており「シェリー樽フィニッシュ」という商品がほとんどですが、すべての期間をファーストフィルのシェリー樽で熟成させているのでシェリー樽由来のリッチなフレーバーを存分に引き出しています。
また、カスクストレングス(55.8%)でボトリングすることでフルボディに仕上げています。
アランらしいフルーティさとシェリー樽由来のフレーバーがバランス良く調和していてめちゃくちゃウマいです！

"Arran Sherry Cask" ¥1600
The Arran Distillery is a relatively new distillery that was born on the Isle of Arran, Scotland in 1995, and is one of the few distilleries producing whiskey for single malt. The annual production volume is small, and we are making whiskey that is particular about quality rather than quantity.
In recent years, there is a lack of sherry barrels themselves, and most of the products are called "sherry barrel finish", but since the whole period is aged in first-fill sherry barrels, the rich flavor derived from sherry barrels is fully brought out. increase.
In addition, it is finished in full body by bottling with cask strength (55.8%).
The Alan-like fruity and sherry barrel-derived flavors are well-balanced and insanely delicious!
