インドネシアのロンボク島でインスピレーションを受けた、現地のはっとするようなダイキリ(カクテル)の味を表現したビールです。グラスに注ぐと、爽快なレモングラスと甘いパンダンの香りが鼻腔をくすぐります。口に含むと「キュッとしたサワービールらしい酸味」が最初に訪れますが、すぐにココナッツのまろやかなコクと、バニラのような甘い余韻へと変化していきます。酸っぱいだけでなく、トロピカルな奥深さがあるため、まるで南国のビーチで冷たいカクテルを飲んでいるかのような贅沢な気分を味わえます。

Reimagined? Revived? Actually he just disappeared.
The Nemesis secured notoriety and gained momentum with his victory at The Gateway. A W as unimaginable as it was impressive, our Alchemist set out toward the dark portal in search of his rival and to learn more about what lie beyond. What should have been a simple / brief adventure however may have been tragedy. It had been months without so much as a single communication from the Alchemist—Hop Dudes began to fear the worst. In his stead the High Hop Council began to act unruly, passing unwarranted harsh judgements and ignoring age-old edicts—it wouldn’t be long before the Nemesis’ influence would envelope Mochimune entirely.
Full Hop Alchemist, our might-as-well-be-roulette rando (not really) dry-hopped Hazy Double IPA series is back—reinvigorated. The suddenly anointed 9th Full Hop Alchemist is young and has a lot to learn—but one thing he doesn’t lack is the propensity for “pumping up the volume.” FHA r1 is the first in a renewal for this series, featuring larger / increasingly copious amounts of hop additions as well as hop varieties and combos our Dudes in the S**z have never encountered previous. r1 kicks it off with a Moutere / Rakau blast, featuring stone fruit and mango with hints of orange and grapefruit citrus.

It's officially GOSE SZN. Hop Dudes don’t exactly have a holiday on their calendar to mark the occasion but, we're pretty sure when Mochimune is blazing 35C (?!) on the daily it is TIME. At WCB we don’t put a lot of salt in our goodies, but there is something about watermelon/cucumber (that “uri” fam) and a touch of salt that is refreshing AF. We added a bit of guava and lime into the cauldrons as well as some coriander b/c apparently there is a style guide for gose? For fans of previous iterations - We tweaked the recipe yet again for even more sports drink feels. Summer electrolyte refreshment time, Dudes.

僕らの夏を狂わせた？！罪なスイカちゃん。急遽Mr.Dの指令により、あのコ🍉の畑にこっそり忍び込むHop Dudeたち。
以前、メロメロにされてしまった彼らは、スイカちゃんとの予期しない遭遇に期待をしつつも、想えば想うほど会えないってのがフルーツモンスター。たんまり盗み出したスイカを主役に、爽やかでトロピカルなGoseのレシピが完成！
今回も、副原料として投入したスイカピューレ(投入量UP！)のお供には、さらにスイカの香りを引き立たせるため、グァバとライムのピューレに塩とコリアンダーシードをチョイス。
驚くほど爽やかなフレッシュアロマ。スイカ・キュウリ・メロンなど瓜系のアロマに、柑橘やいちごの香りが溢れ出す。重なるように感じられるのは、レモングラスのようなハーブのニュアンス。猛暑の火照ったカラダに沁みる、みずみずしい甘さと塩味の効いた絶妙な味わいに。ハマる人には超ハマる？いくらでも飲めちゃう、魅惑の一杯。
