この週末に開催される素敵なやちむん展を2つご紹介しましょーねー😉
•1つ目は、那覇市の壺屋にある大好きなお店「Sprout(スプラウト)」で開催される『そばのうつわ展』　(photo①②) Sprout スプラウト
スプラウトさんは毎回テーマを決めて､人気作家さんたちに器を作ってもらうといういつも楽しいやちむんの展示＆販売を企画されます♪ 今回は、読谷の工房コキュ、工房マチヒコを始め陶房火風水、陶房眞喜屋、室生窯と木工のABECRAFTと言ういつもながら豪華ラインナップです✨　こちらは19日(土)から23日(木)までの開催です！(10:00～18:00)
•そしてもう1つは、沖縄市のプラザハウスショッピングセンターの2Fで20日(日)の1日だけ開催されます『シン･ヤチムン』　(photo③④)
こちらには、伝統的なやちむんと言うよりは現代的な自由な作風が特徴の作家さんが集結✨　ボクたちも良く知る岸本習太郞さんを始め､うつわ屋シタゴコロ、369、ATELIER GREENMAMA、いちむし堂、sui、uminomarimo、Ebo Konkle Ceramicsなどなどその他の作家さんたちも含め新しいヤチムンのカタチが楽しい展示になりそうです♪ こちらは日曜日1日だけなのでご注意を！(11：00～17：00)

•The first is the "Soba Vessel Exhibition" held at Sprout—a favorite shop of mine in Tsuboya, Naha City. (photo①②) Sprout スプラウト
For this event, various workshops are exhibiting and selling vessels designed for noodle dishes, such as Okinawa soba♪
This event runs from 19th(Sat) to the 23rd(Thu)！(10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
•And another event is "Shin-Yachimun"which will be held for one day only—this Sunday, the 20th—on the second floor of the Plaza House Shopping Center in Okinawa City. (photo③④)
This section brings together artists characterized by a contemporary, free-spirited style rather than traditional *Yachimun* pottery✨
It promises to be an exciting exhibition showcasing
new forms of ceramic art.

今日紹介するフードメニューは､オープン以来の定番メニューから❗️ 「ケンケン大好きカレー豆🍛」　(photo①)
メニューのほとんどがオリジナルレシピのがじろう飯店🍽️ その中でも異色のこのメニューは沖縄の食品工場で造られており､元々は私ドリンク担当ケンケンの晩酌のお供だったもの☝️ このおつまみはもっと評価されてしかるべきと思い続け､お店を始めたら絶対みなさんに広めようと企んでいたんです☺️
正式名称は「焼大豆　カレー味」と言いますが､何とあなどる事無かれ😳　原材料にはターメリック、コリアンダー、クミン、フェネグリーク、ちんぴ etc．本格的なカレースパイスを使用しているんですヨ！🍛
あまり知られていませんが､隠れた名作と言うにふさわしいお味(ちょっと大げさ！？)正式名称で「ケンケン大好き！カレー豆」と注文していただけたらボクだけが喜びます😆
そしてこれ、注文したら一番早く出てくるメニュー！　なんせ袋からお皿に盛るだけなんで。　そしてビールに合うこと間違い無し🍺

The food menu introduced today is from the standard menu since our opening. “Kenken's favorite Roasted soy beans (with Curry flavor🍛)” (photo①)
Don't underestimate this❗️ Authentic curry spices (turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, chinpi etc.) are used as raw materials☝️ It's not well known, but it's a taste that deserves to be a hidden masterpiece.(A little exaggerated😆)

Hmm😮‍💨,(deep sigh) Between the Okinawa soba we ate yesterday, the profound themes of the movie we watched afterward, and the results of the gubernatorial election... all of these things have me starting the week in this kind of frame of mind... Today's recommended food menu is ...from the limited quantity black board menu👍　Deep fried skewers "Red pickled ginger" (photo①)
The standard menu at Osaka Kushikatsu restaurants☝️ The sauce for this menu is the Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce that is also preferred in Osaka area❗️ This sauce is a seasoning made from fruits and vegetables. And for some reason, this menu is highly rated by people from overseas, which is interesting😆

先週は沖縄近海に3つも台風の渦があって冷や冷やしながらの一週間でしたが､今週は弱っちい熱帯低気圧だけなのでどうも大丈夫そうです👍

Last week was a nerve-wracking one, with as many as three typhoon-like swirls near Okinawa, but this week there’s only a puniness tropical depression, so it looks like we’ll be fine👍
We’ve already taken plenty of typhoon-related breaks this year, so please let us get back to work for a while😆　With that said, we look forward to seeing you all again this week🎶
