Spirit of Nozawa - Winter Cocktail Series -�Guest Bartender No.4

March 4 marks the grand finale of this series, and we’re closing it with a very special guest bartender.

Multi talented Manato - a florist, founder of non alcoholic drink project, and manager of hugely popular bar BW CAVE - will be joining us in Nozawa Onsen.

He’s the same age as the brand ambassador of NOD, Waka, and the two are planning something fun together this year 👀

On the night, four special cocktails featuring Nozawa Onsen Distillery will be served at Tanuki Bar, and Waka will also do a warm up après shift at NOD Bar before the main service.

This winter series finally comes to a close on March 4. Don’t miss it.

来週3月4日は、ついに本イベントの最終日。フィナーレを飾るにふさわしい、特別なゲストバーテンダーを迎えます。

フローリストとしての顔を持ち、ノンアルコールドリンクのプロジェクト監修も手がけ、さらに人気バー BW CAVEのマネジャーも務める、多才なMANATOが野沢温泉村に登場。

野沢温泉蒸留所のブランドアンバサダー WAKAと同い年の彼。今年はふたりで新しい楽しい企画を発信していく予定だそう👀

当日は 野沢温泉蒸留所を使用したスペシャルカクテル4種を 狸バーにて提供。
さらにワカは、メインシフト前のアペリティーボタイムに NODバーでウォームアップシフトを行います。

Next week on the 24th, Japan’s powerhouse bartender Wakabayashi will be coming to Nozawa Onsen.

Based in Kamata, Tokyo, where he runs his own bar, he’s in demand around the world and actively working across the global bar scene.

On the 24th, he’ll be serving four special cocktails made with Nozawa Onsen Distillery GIns at Tanuki Bar.

In addition, brand ambassador of Nozawa Onsen Distillery, Waka will be doing a aprés shift at Guruguru between 4-6pm.
You might even get to see the “Waka × Waka shift” again for the first time since last summer 👀

来週24日、日本を代表するパワーハウスバーテンダー 若林さん が野沢温泉村に来てくれます。
東京・蒲田にバーを構えながら、世界中から引っ張りだこで、国境を越えて活躍しているトップバーテンダーです。

24日夜は、野沢温泉蒸留所のジンを使用したスペシャルカクテル4種を、狸バーにて提供いたします。

さらに、ブランドアンバサダーの ワカさん がメインシフト前のアペリティーボタイムに、ぐるぐるバー にてウォームアップシフトを行います。
この日は、昨年夏ぶりとなる “Waka × Waka シフト” が見られるかも？👀

We’re hosting Deke Dunne, Beverage/Creative Director of Allegory (Washington DC) - a bar known for blending art, storytelling, social justice, and seriously great cocktails under one roof.
