ヘッジロー ジンは世界的な賞を獲得しているコッツウォルズ蒸留所が誇るドライジンに選ばれた地元産のフルーツと幾種かのベリーを加えて作られた、芳醇な香りに溢れるジンです。ベリーにはスローベリー、ブルースベリー、ダムソンベリー、ブラックベリーが含まれています。
【テイスティングノート】
香り：複雑で、キャラメリゼしたプラム、砕いたジュニパーの香り。
味わい：甘いブラックベリーとスローベリーとダムソンの酸味を感じられる。
フィニッシュ：ナツメグと、煮詰めた生垣の果実のタッチが心地よいドライな味わい

Some gate away time from the bar and the distilleries.

The gin community is still very small in Japan but already very deep.
Some laughs, stories shared, gin in a pure cup, champagne pop-ups, wine, cheese, Twister, badminton. That’s all about our last Sunday.

And today, I was lucky enough to meet the master distiller, Sara Norolof, from Norway (originally from Sweden)

Thank you for stopping by and sharing your story and passion for gin.

A very impressive story of making gin on the island, from moving to a new country to building a distillery in the forest, where you have to take a boat to connect with others.

And also to make a very good craft gin with local botanicals and creat the design of the bottles.
