〜Go to forest〜

5月4日の緑の日

"GotoForest"は、5月4日みどりの日に誰もが気軽に森に触れる機会をつくることを目的とした、全国各地で一緒に森を歩くイベントです。
残念ながら天候が悪く森での開催とはなりませんでしたが野点、ヨガ、森の材料を使ったものづくり。
私自身にとっても森を感じる良きイベントでした。来場された皆様、スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました♪

5月4日の緑の日

"GotoForest"は、5月4日みどりの日に誰もが気軽に森に触れる機会をつくることを目的とした、全国各地で一緒に森を歩くイベントです。
残念ながら天候が悪く森での開催とはなりませんでしたが野点、ヨガ、森の材料を使ったものづくり。
私自身にとっても森を感じる良きイベントでした。来場された皆様、スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました♪

Greenery Day, May 4th

"GotoForest" is an event held throughout Japan, aiming to create opportunities for everyone to easily connect with forests on Greenery Day, May 4th.

Unfortunately, the weather was bad and the event couldn't be held in the forest, but we still had an outdoor tea ceremony, yoga, and crafting using materials from the forest.

For me personally, it was a wonderful event that allowed me to feel closer to the forest. Thank you to everyone who attended and to all the staff!

"GotoForest"は、5月4日みどりの日に誰もが気軽に森に触れる機会をつくることを目的とした、全国各地で一緒に森を歩くイベントです。

慌ただしく過ぎる日常
飛騨高山でも緑の芽吹きを感じる"みどりの日"に一歩森へ足を向けて身近にある自然の中で一時を過ごしませんか？

私は小川のせせらぎを感じる場所で地元食材を使ったモクテル(ノンアルコールカクテル(希望の方にはカクテル)を提供します🍸

イベントでは森の材料で作るものづくり体験やヨガ、お茶体験、ガイドウォークなどを楽しめます。

町を離れ森の中、普段と違う自然を感じてみませんか？お待ちしております

In Japan, May 4th is "Greenery Day," a day to cherish nature.

At the "Go to Forest" event, we will set up a special bar in the forest (where you can feel the babbling of a stream) and serve cocktails made with local ingredients.

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Why not spend a peaceful time in the rich nature of our local area (Takayama), immersing your mind and body in the forest?

Let's get away from the city and go to the forest.

〜9th Anniversary〜
Thank you everyone!

先日バーは9周年を迎えました。
この九年間、多くの素晴らしいご縁に恵まれバーをできた事、そして様々な違うシーンでもバーテンダーとしてお仕事させてもらった事。改めて感謝です。

ありがとうございます

今後も皆様フラリと遊びいらしてください

…尚、このタイミングで手首の傷を悪化させてしまいしばらく休業いたします🙇
We recently celebrated our 9th anniversary since opening the bar. I am truly grateful for all the wonderful encounters I've had with customers, locals, and staff, and for the enjoyable days I've been able to run the business.

..And unfortunately, I've aggravated a wrist injury. I will be closing for a while. 🙇

先月訪れたフランスでいただいたワインをバーにて🍷

美しい中世の街並みとワイン畑が広がるサンテミリオンにて夫婦で営む小さなワイナリーへ
暖かいもてなしと人間性、ワインに対する情熱に触れました

そして味は格別！！

今後、フランスでの様々な体験をカクテルやバーに落とし込んでいきます。
乞うご期待ください

Special thanks to the people of France

I enjoyed a wine I had in France last month at this bar 🍷

I visited a small winery run by a couple in Saint-Émilion, a town with beautiful medieval streets and vineyards.
I was touched by their warm hospitality, genuine humanity, and passion for wine.

And the taste was exceptional!!

In the future, I will be incorporating various experiences from France into my cocktails and bar offerings.

Please look forward to it!

〜休業のお知らせ〜
🍸Feb schedule🍸

今月も寒い中皆様ご来店ありがとうございました。お陰様で毎晩が素敵なバータイムでした。
さて、来週は木曜日まで営業。
その後、研修の為2月いっぱいをお休み致します。また多くの学びと経験を店に落とし込みたいと思ってます。
ご予定たててくださった皆様申し訳ございませんがご了承の程よろしくお願いします

Thanks to all of you, we were able to share wonderful bar time every night, even in the cold weather. ☃️

The bar will be open until next Thursday.

After that, I will be closed for the rest of February as I will be away on a training trip.
I plan to travel to various places and apply the knowledge and experience I gained to the bar.
I apologize to everyone who was considering visiting us.
