栃木県足利市にあるココファームワイナリーさんより、このシーズンにふさわしい１本が届きました。 春満開を感じさせる【さくらロゼ】は、イチゴ、クランベリー、アセロラなど、赤いミックスベリーをそのままピューレにしたような甘いアロマに、爽やかなメントール感、少しハーブのようなニュアンスも感じます。奥にほんのりターメリックのようなスパイスもあり、オリエンタルな雰囲気も感じます。ワイン好きはもちろんですが、半辛口タイプ故にあまりワインを普段飲み慣れていない方でもお楽しみいただけます。 桜散るまでの季節限定のワインです。美熊野の前菜などと是非お楽しみください。

A bottle suitable for this season has arrived from Coco Farm Winery in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture. It has a sweet aroma, a refreshing menthol feel, and a slight herb-like nuance. There's a hint of turmeric-like spice in the back, giving it an oriental feel. Not only can it be enjoyed by wine lovers, but since it is a semi-dry type, even people who are not used to drinking wine can enjoy it. This is a seasonal wine that is available until the cherry blossoms fall. Please enjoy it with Mikumano's appetizers.
