For Giffard West Cup 2026, I created two cocktails inspired by a journey—from sunrise to moonlight.
On my first trip abroad, a quiet moment in a Japanese-style café eased my travel nerves. That memory shaped this concept: a day in Japan through the eyes of a guest from Angers, France.

A sunrise cocktail inspired by a French café breakfast—raspberry & rhubarb, chicory bitterness, and a light sparkling finish.

🌙 Le Flan de Kissa
A moonlight cocktail inspired by Japanese kissaten culture—lemon, vanilla, coffee caramel, and the nostalgic pairing of Kagawa lemon pudding and coffee.
