トスカーナ、ピサの地域ラロッカで、1970年代に植樹された小さなピノ・グリージョ畑から生まれたこのワインは、細心の注意を払った職人技と土地への深い敬意の結晶です。
マストを果皮に一晩だけ漬け込み、丁寧なクリオ・マセレーション工程により、ヴィラ・ソーレは玉ねぎの皮を思わせる独特の銅色を呈しています。
濃厚で複雑なブーケは、エレガントなフローラルとミネラルの香りが、ブドウの個性と私たちのテロワールの真髄を反映しています。

Born from a small Pinot Grigio vineyard planted in the 1970s, this wine is the result of meticulous craftsmanship and a deep respect for the land. Thanks to a careful cryo-maceration process, where the must rests overnight on the skins, Villa Sole reveals a distinctive coppery hue, reminiscent of onion skin.
Its bouquet is intense and complex, with elegant floral and mineral notes that reflect both the character of the grape and the authenticity of our terroir.
