■ Crumble Bake – Corn, Brown Sugar Syrup & Kinako

Our new seasonal Crumble Bake flavor launches tomorrow, July 8!

Made with plenty of sweet summer corn, this buttery cake is swirled with rich Japanese brown sugar syrup (kuromitsu) and topped with a crunchy kinako crumble before being baked to perfection.

The combination of a crisp crumble and moist cake creates a texture that’s both satisfying and reminiscent of traditional Japanese sweets. A unique seasonal treat you won’t want to miss.

去年も人気だった「桃とアールグレイのブラータサラダ」の季節がやってきました！🍑

みずみずしく甘い旬の桃を主役に、ほのかな苦味と食感が心地よいチコリを合わせました。

ドレッシングにはホワイトバルサミコとレモン、ハチミツを使用し、爽やかで軽やかな味わいに。

仕上げには、アールグレイの香りをゆっくりと抽出したオイルをまとわせ、ひと口ごとにふんわりと広がる華やかな余韻をお楽しみいただけます！
