アルバから10kmほど離れたアスティスプマンテ、モスカートダスティの心臓部といえるカスティリオーネティネッラにあるエツィオチェッルーティ。
19世紀初頭からこの土地でモスカートを栽培し、ワインの生産を行ってきました。
チャーミングで飲みやすいワインが3種入荷しました🍷

醗酵が完全に終わったノーマルのフォルに醗酵中の甘口ワインのソルのモストを加え瓶詰めし2次醗酵したワイン。

Ri-Fol Rosa
🍇Moscato/ Freisa
醗酵が完全に終わったノーマルのフォルと、少量のフレイザを合わせ、醗酵中の甘口ワインのモストを加えて2次醗酵。口当たりのとても柔らかなロゼ微発泡。

Sol Passito
🍇Moscato
ブドウを畑で天日干しにして造られた甘口ワインで、モスカートならではのチャーミングな香り豊かに、清らかさも持ったワイン。

樹齢20年のブドウをステンレスタンクで醗酵＆熟成させたロゼ。タンニンを持ち合わせている品種のアリアーニコが、とてもキュートな表情に。お肉を使った前菜やハーブと最高の相性です。
