CRU Collio Bianco VRH 2013

グラスから立ち上がる、紅茶のような深い香り。
ぎゅっと詰まった凝縮感がありながら、
熟成によって角がほどけ、味わいはしっとりとなめらか。

時間が経つほど香りも味もゆっくり開いて、
ひと口ごとに表情が変わっていきます…
熟成した白ワインの美しさを、しみじみ感じるワインです。

Deep, tea-like aromas rising from the glass. Concentrated and tightly wound, yet age has softened every edge — the palate is silky and smooth.
The longer it sits, the more it opens up, revealing a new expression with every sip.
A wine that lets you truly feel the beauty of aged white wine.
Genuinely astonishing.

飲み進めるうちに果実の厚みと塩気が出てきて、
樽の柔らかさとすっと伸びる酸がゆっくり重なっていく感じ。

2019年らしい熟した果実味がありながら、
アルコールは12.5%。
濃いのに重くない。静かだけど、余韻は長いです。

抜栓してすぐより、少し時間を置いてからが本領発揮。
グラスの中の変化を追いかけたくなる一本です。

From South Styria, Austria. Morillon (Chardonnay) grown on “Opok” — the local limestone-rich soil.

Lemon and yellow peach, white flowers. Then flint, herbs, and a white-pepper kind of spice underneath.

Give it time and the fruit fills out, a salty edge appears, and the softness from the barrel and the long, stretched-out acidity slowly layer together.

Ripe in a way that says 2019, but only 12.5% alcohol. Concentrated without being heavy — quiet, with a finish that keeps going.

Better an hour after opening than right after the cork comes out. A bottle you’ll want to follow as it changes in the glass.
