🎵 John Belushi shades on flyin' down the FDR"🎵
This weekend (Saturday 2/21) from 18:00-22:00 silver lining will be taking over to serve up a Chicago classic: Italian beef sandwiches! They will come served with homemade giardineira, with the option to add on cheese or roasted peppers.

Silver Liningが「Mike's Slice of Detroit」をジャックします。今回はシカゴ名物「イタリアンビーフサンド」をご用意します。自家製ジャルディニエラ付き。
チーズやローストペッパーの追加も可能です。
If you've never had it, it's an Italian herbed sandwich full of tender thin-sliced beef, and it's served dripping wet in beef juice. This time, we'll be serving it on homemade bread made by Mike (of Mike's Slice of Detroit).
まだ食べたことがない方へ。
イタリアンハーブで味付けした、やわらかく薄切りにしたビーフをたっぷり挟み、ビーフの旨みたっぷりの肉汁に浸して提供する、ジューシーなサンドイッチです。

We've also got a special nomcraft beer called "bear down" made by Adam .brewing who is also a Chicagoan.
さらに、シカゴ出身のAdamさん（）が手がけた限定Nomcraftビール「Bear Down」も登場。
Finally, we've got a variety pack of Zapps potato chips. Although these are originally from Louisiana, these hard-bite potato chips are a staple at Chicago sandwich shops.
