ベーコンやシャルキュトリーから、パンや焼き菓子まで、一つひとつ手作りするBBJ。調理・燻製・塩漬け・熟成など、幅広い技術を学びながら、仕事の幅を広げられるキッチンです。

経験者を優先しますが、未経験の方にもチャンスがあります。学ぶ意欲があり、チームに合う方には基礎から丁寧に教えますので、ぜひお話を聞かせてください。

Evan is heading to Tokyo this week in support our good friends at West Coast Brewing / Shizuoka for the opening of their brand new spot in Roppongi Midtown Instant Classic / West Coast Brewing 💪💪💪

We're particularly excited because much of the menu has been carefully curated by Evan using our amazing Bacon Bar burgers, and Bacon Brisket!!! And features many of our world famous sauces!

If you happen to be in the Tokyo area this week, I highly encourage you to check out Instant Classic and get a taste of what we’ve been working on, and paired some of the best b**rs in Japan there's definitely no better place to be 💪

Due to this we need to adjust our public hours for this week.

Here is our modified schedule for this week:

Wednesday & Thursday: CLOSED
Friday: OPEN 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Last Order 8:00 PM)
Saturday Morning: OPEN 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Last Order 1:00 PM)
Saturday Night: CLOSED
Sunday: OPEN 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Last Order 1:00 PM)

Most of you know that I started Bacon Bar Japan with my daughter, Ayzia. Anyone who has ever been here knows the dedication and absolute magic she brings to the table with her amazing biscuits, bread, buns, pizza dough, and desserts.
Well, this weekend is her final weekend with us as she gears up to venture out and forge her own path. 💪💪💪💪

We are so incredibly proud of her, beyond anything we could ever put into words. Her absence here will be massive, and as her father, it will be heavy... but she has grown immensely, and I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.
This weekend, I encourage everyone to stop by, grab some of her incredible baking, and show her some major love as we celebrate her final shifts here at Bacon Bar Japan.
