2月も折り返し。琴平の山々も、少しずつ春の気配を纏い始めています🌸
明日、2月17日は金刀比羅宮で「祈年祭（きねんさい）」が行われます。
その年の豊かな収穫と、皆様の平安を祈る、古くから大切にされてきたお祭りです✨
「五穀豊穣」と聞くと少し遠いお話に聞こえるかもしれませんが、
ジジチキがこだわっている「秘密のザグザグ衣」の粉も、香り豊かなのスパイスも、すべては豊かな大地🌱が育んでくれたもの。
食糧豊かな現代ですが、当たり前は実は当たり前ではないことに感謝したいですね💓

Tomorrow, February 17th, the "Kinensai" (Prayer Festival) will be held at Kotohira Shrine.
This long-cherished festival prays for a bountiful harvest and peace for all.✨
"A bountiful harvest" may sound a little far-fetched, but
Jijichiki's special flour for its "secret zag-zag batter" and its fragrant spices are all grown in the bountiful earth.🌱
Even in today's world of abundant food, we should be grateful that things we take for granted are not actually taken for granted.💓
Jijichiki will be open this week on Sunday, February 22nd.❗❗
After visiting the shrine, be sure to enjoy some crispy fried chicken🍗 as a token of gratitude for the blessings of nature.✨
