私たちは小さな家族経営の食を通じてのおもてなしの会社です。 ほぼ10年前に名古屋の静かな裏通りにある居心地の良い小さなレストランとして始ましたが、今では日本で最も象徴的な3つの都市でユニークなダイニングスポットに成長しました。最初のお店で、黒毛和牛のブリスケをスモークすることを日本で初めて成功しました。それは何か特別なものと私たちは気づきました。
