❄️ 2026–27 Winter Season Recruitment – Phase 1 Now Open! ❄️

Thank you for your patience.

And a big thank you to everyone who has already sent us their CVs. It took us a little longer than expected to finalize our vision and plans for next winter’s team.

Our goal is to create a workplace where every team member can work confidently, comfortably, and enjoyably throughout the season.

Today, we are officially opening Phase 1 recruitment for the 2026–27 winter season.

📅 Application Period: Now – June 30
👥 Positions Available in Phase 1: 10 team members

A second recruitment round will be held in October, when we plan to hire the remaining 2 positions.

Good evening everyone.
This is my hobby cold-air observation diary

As I mentioned before, a strong cold air mass is expected to arrive around February 8. Its duration will be short — about one to one and a half days — but it will be very intense. Temperatures around 5,500 meters above Hokuriku are forecast to drop below −40°C, comparable to the recent heavy snow event.

If you’re heading to the ski resorts on February 8, please make sure you’re fully prepared and check the latest road and weather updates

Another cold air mass may briefly arrive around February 11, but it doesn’t look as strong.
