🍔 Experienced Chefs, Cooks & Kitchen hands

The Role: Run high-volume culinary operations, grill our famous massive burgers, and maintain kitchen standards.
Requirements: Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen/burger-grill environment and a valid working visa for Japan.

🍻 BartendersThe Role:

Pour cold beers, shake up stylized cocktails, and drive our famous late-night apres-ski scenes and shenanigans.
Requirements: Previous bartending and cocktail-making experience, and a valid working visa for Japan.

🗣 Waiters / Floor StaffThe Role:

Deliver high-energy, friendly service to an international crowd in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: English proficiency (Japanese language skills are a huge bonus!), an outgoing personality, and a valid working visa for Japan.

🚐 Driver (Stock & Logistics)The Role:

Drive local routes to pick up kitchen ingredients, bar supplies, and inventory stock to keep our venues running smoothly.
Requirements: Valid International Driving Permit (IDP) or Japanese driver’s license, clean driving record, winter mountain driving experience, and a valid working visa for Japan.
