元オリヴィエ・ルフレーヴ醸造長造るソゼから受け継いだ畑のこのワインは ジャン・マルク・ボワイヨらしいボリューム感に アペラシオン特有のミネラルをまとった今が飲み頃な一本。

『No.6 New Year-type2025/新政酒造』

年の瀬にかけて上槽、瓶詰めされた生酒を元旦当日に出荷するシリーズ。
ボトルのデザインはパリ・オリンピックで日本代表選手のユニフォームをデザインしたヘルミッペ氏。
精米歩合も60%から55%へと向上し、スペックもグレードアップ。
新年の訪れを告げる一本。

A series in which raw sake is bottled in tanks towards the end of the year and shipped on New Year's Day.
The bottle design is inspired by the uniforms of the Japanese national team at the Paris Olympics.
Mr. Hermippe who designed the design.
The rice polishing ratio has also been improved from 60% to 55%, and the specifications have also been upgraded.

言わずと知れたジェームスボンドの愛するシャンパーニュ。良年にしか造られないラ グラン・ダネのロゼ。ピノ・ノワール 68%、シャルドネ 32%そこに「ラ・コート・オーザンファン」という最高の区画から造られたスティルの赤を加えている。20年の熟成を経た今飲むべきシャンパーニュ。
