First of all, I would like to thank for giving us this opportunity and all the staffs of Pantechnicon. To do a pop-up in Pantechnicon for us is an ideal environment. It is great to combine your company’s authentic and luxurious concept of featuring Japanese and Scandinavian cultures with ours. It is also challenging to see if the experience we offer touches Pantechnicon’s highly sensitive customers. Thank you for everyone’s continued support that we will celebrate our 4th anniversary ‪on the 12th of July‬.

We are going to hold a one-month anniversary during ‪7/12 ~ 8/12‬ to express our gratitude for all your support.
Society related matters have been drastically changed and/or reconsidered during recent half year, yet twelv. will keep up the twelv. style for the best quality we value.

For everyone’s safety and comfort, we set social distance space for different groups of customers, and keep every possible precaution.

A collaboration between AZUR et MASA UEKI - Nishiazabu French restaurant, Kidoizumi - naturally brewed sake artisan, and twelv. - bio Japanese sake bar.
{AZUR et MASA} first winery restaurant offering Azur wines with French cuisine made by the French cuisine genius, Chef Masahito Ueki.
{Kidoizumi} sake artisans pursuing for healthy, original, non-agricultural chemicals nor addictive way of making.
{twelv} BIO/SPARKLING/PREMIUM/CRAFT as the key in selection, offer specially selected Japanese sake from all over Japan with gourmet pairings.
During the event date, Chef Ueki has prepared a special course to match with the alcohol of the day where there’ll be a combination in a total of 12 glasses of Japanese sake and AZUR et MASA UEKI wine.
twelv. CEO (Tacamizuma Norihiro) and the word sake sommelier contest 3rd prize Dmitry Bulakh and the chief brewer/fifth generation of the Kidoizumi family Shoji Hayato will be there to present the best of the best selection.
