The Nakameguro Taproom kitchen specializes in New Haven-style pizza — a type of Neapolitan pizza known as apizza in and around its birthplace — New Haven, Connecticut. What sets New Haven-style pizza apart is the crust — it's especially thin with a crispy shell that is replete with burnt black spots, desirably known as 'char', due to the short but intense high-temperature baking. Add good beer, and Baird Beer in particular, and you have one of life's truly subliminal food-beverage experiences.
26 taps serve year-round and seasonal Baird Beer, as well as guest craft beer – imported and domestic. 4 hand pumps pull a rotating variety of small-batch Baird Beer in Real Ale style, inlcuding the house Nakameguro Bitter. 歴史と伝統あるスタイル。薄いクラストにフレッシュなトッピングをのせ
約400℃の高温で3～4分で焼き上げるため外はサクサク、
中はモチモチなのがウマサの特徴。チーズも、一般的な
モッツァレッラではなく、シンプルで軽やかなペコリーノ・ロマーナ。
また、風味の良いソース（ホワイトまたはレッド）がスパイスの役目を
果たしており、独創的なアイデアがちりばめられたピザが完成する。
