On February 11, 2024, Cosi Cosi will celebrate its 26th anniversary.

We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your past patronage.

Last year, difficulties occurred one after another, and we realized how difficult it is to get through the year.

However, thanks to your warm support, we were able to get through it.

We will continue to do our best to bring you the value that only Cosi Cosi can provide.

To express our gratitude, we will hold our 26th anniversary fair from January 30 to March 3.

We look forward to seeing you at our restaurant.

Akebono Junmai Ginjo" by Takazawa Shuzo, Himi City, Toyama Prefecture

In October 2023, Cosi Cosi staff visited Toyama City ❣️

We were impressed at that time, the only sake brewery in Toyama that keeps the "Funa shibori" method.
(It is a method that allows the sake to be gently pressed out so that it is free of impurities.)

Furthermore, the sake is cooled by exposing it to the "Ai no Kaze," a sea breeze unique to Toyama Bay, to brew a delicious sake.

100% Gohyakumangoku grown in Toyama.
50% polished rice. The taste is soft and rich.
However, it has a sharp taste.

Our senior sommelier staff used to be a bit of a sake hater, but this is the sake that got us started liking it ✨.

This is one of the sake breweries affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake.

We purchased this sake directly from the brewery.

富山県氷見市、高澤酒造の『曙・純米吟醸』

2023年10月コジコジスタッフで富山市に行ってきました❣️
その時感動した、富山で唯一「槽搾り」を守り続ける酒蔵
（優しく搾り出すため、雑味のない日本酒を造ることができる方法です。）

更に、富山湾特有の海風“あいの風”にさらして冷やすことで美味しい酒が醸されます。

富山なんと産五百万石100％使用。
50％精米。やわらかく、豊かな味わい。
しかしながらキレのあるお酒

シニアソムリエのスタッフは少し日本酒が苦手だったのですが、ここから好きになったキッカケをもらったお酒です✨

今回の能登半島地震で、被災した酒蔵の一つです。

酒蔵から直接仕入れました。

美味しい日本酒、飲んで応援❣️

Because our entire staff spent two months overnight at the winery to get hands-on winemaking experience with Coco Farm winemaker, Mr.Shibata ✨.

We experienced exciting days where what we had studied for the sommelier exam and other exams was actually happening right in front of us ‼︎

We hope you will try Coco Farm's delicious wines with Cosi Cosi's food ✨.

スタッフ全員で2ヶ月間ワイナリーに泊まり込みでワインメーカー柴田氏の元で実際に醸造を経験させていただいたからです✨
