少しづつ京都にも秋の風が
流れて来たのではないでしょうか🤭❤️
御所の近くということもあり、毎日海外のお客様も
たくさん来て頂いています☺️
私自身、英語が全く話せません💦最近少しづつカタコト（簡単な）🤣（笑）話せるぐらいには、なってきたかな🤭
でも言葉よりも、ジェスチャーやカタコトの英語で、
海外のお客様とお話しています☺️私は勝手にですが
その方がたくさん話せるしお客様の顔も見れると思っています😊（話せるのが１番ですよ🤭笑）
ただバイトの子達にも、簡単な事であれば携帯で翻訳して待たせてしまうより、アレだコレだと単語を使ったり
物を見せたりした方が良い時もあると、伝えています。
常連さん達やまた日本のお客様が通訳してくれたりと
国を問わず笑まるはアットホームな感じで
みんなでワイワイしていたりもします。
１番に１人１人が笑顔で帰って頂けるようにと
思っています☺️

I think the autumn breeze is slowly starting to blow through Kyoto. 🤭❤️
Because we're located near the Imperial Palace, we have many international customers visiting us every day. ☺️
I myself can't speak English at all. 💦 Recently, I've been slowly improving my ability to speak broken English. 🤣 (lol) 🤭
But rather than using words, I communicate with international customers using gestures and broken English. ☺️ I personally think this way, I can talk more and see their faces. 😊 (Being able to speak is the best thing. 🤭 lol)
However, I also tell my part-time staff that sometimes, for simple things, it's better to use words and show them something, rather than translating on my phone and making them wait.
Regular customers and Japanese customers help out with translations, and Emaru has a homey atmosphere, regardless of nationality, and we all have a great time together.
My most important goal is for everyone to leave with a smile. ☺️
