在日イタリア大使 マリオ・アンドレア・ヴァッターニ閣下、在日イタリア総領事 フィリッポ・マナーラ閣下、そして素晴らしいチームの皆様に、もしもしsupplìへお越しいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。
このたびのご訪問は、私たちにとって大きな名誉であり、福岡でイタリアの魅力を発信し続けるという私たちの決意をさらに強くしてくれました。そして、地域の素晴らしい皆様との協力を通じて、日本とイタリアが出会うことで生まれる唯一無二の食体験をお届けしたいという思いを新たにしました。この協力の精神は、日本とイタリアの外交関係樹立160周年が掲げる理念をまさに体現するものだと考えています。
日本とイタリアは、世界でも高く評価されている食文化を持つ国です。どちらも、品質、伝統、そして人を大切にする心を何よりも大切にしています。
この二つの国が力を合わせることで、世界に類のない大きな力を生み出せると信じています。

Their visit is a great honor for us and strengthens our commitment to bringing the very best of Italy to Fukuoka. By continuing to collaborate with outstanding local partners, we strive to offer a unique gastronomic experience born from the meeting of Japan and Italy. This spirit of collaboration perfectly embodies the meaning of the 160th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries.
Japan and Italy are home to two of the world’s most admired culinary cultures, united by an extraordinary dedication to quality, tradition, and people.
Together, they represent a truly unique force.
