Niseko Taproom is a cozy bar and restaurant in the heart of Hirafu where you can enjoy a selection of craft beers on tap together with rotisserie chicken and other local dishes conjured up by our talented chef. Come in for late lunch, après drinks, dinner or after and you can always be assured of a warm welcome and plenty of tasty things to try!

また、1時間以上かけてじっくりと焼き上げるチキンは皮はパリパリなのに肉汁たっぷりお肉はしっとりしてとてもジューシーです。日本人シェフによる食事も最高です!

Hi All. Just to remind you that the Taproom is open through March every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 10pm. Just drinks in March served by Zander, Polly and Aimi but we would love to see you. Thank you!

This dark moody beast has just come online at Taproom. 7 5% and 50 IBU. Another superb piece of brewing from Hop Kotan - The Black IPA. Don't forget we do food too - our special today garlic shrimp and sweet chill sauce.

Christmas spirit is strong at Odin Place this weekend. There is a pop up market with locally made jewelry, prints, paintings and clothing plus Santa from 4pm to 6pm! Note Taproom is open today from 2pm to 10pm with a few treats in store. We are off tomorrow. Happy Christmas everyone!
